Ensors’ Corporate Finance team are pleased to announce their involvement in the change of control in Allcontrols Limited following a completion of an MBO by the experienced management team.
Allcontrols operates from a site in Cambridge providing specialist expertise in turn-key sorting, separating and metal detecting technologies, with a focus on providing products to recycle mixtures of plastics and metals.
At the completion of the deal, Phil commented “I have used Ensors for many years for our general accountancy needs, being able to also use them for our management buyout was a great comfort. Simon’s explanation of the process gave us complete clarity on the transaction and the deal structure designed achieved our aims whilst providing a fair deal for the incoming MBO Team.
