Robert Leggett, Corporate Tax partner at Ensors Chartered Accountants, will be providing his thoughts on ‘practical tax planning for businesses during difficult times’ at the IOD Annual Conference on Wednesday 20 June at Woodhall Manor.
Robert will be hosting one of the 8 syndicate sessions that form part of the packed agenda put together by IOD Suffolk. His talk will cover:

– Costly pitfalls in remuneration & capital gains tax planning for business owners;
– Splitting up the company – why might you want to do it and the best ways to achieve it; and
– Financing your company tax efficiently – including the EIS and the new Seed EIS.
