Our client Two Circles Music, a specialist retailer of pianos and accessories were looking for advice and guidance on the potential acquisition of Miller’s Music Centre, one of the oldest privately owned music shops in the UK. 

Simon Pollard of Two Circles Music completed the acquisition of well established music shop Miller’s Music Centre with the assistance of Neil Meekings and the Corporate Finance team.

What Ensors did to achieve the deal

Ensors’ role was to provide assistance in negotiating an offer, preparing forecasts, structuring a deal and carrying out due diligence.

With our help, the client was able to complete the acquisition all within a short timescale.
