The Solicitors’ Tax campaign, as launched by HMRC, provides an opportunity for solicitors who may have unpaid tax liabilities to bring their affairs up-to-date. The campaign runs for 6 months until 9 June 2015 and anyone wishing to take advantage of the disclosure facility must notify HMRC of their intention to disclose by 9 March 2015, and then submit the disclosure and relevant payment by 9 June 2015.
