Ensors’ Corporate Finance team were engaged as lead advisor by the owner managers of a niche recruitment company in order to assist with the sale of their share capital.

As this was a sale involving a company with a small management team Ensors were involved closely in all stages of the project. This included assisting with the assembly of a list of potential buyers, producing and distributing a teaser email, managing the offer negotiation process, and liaising with solicitors on both sides of the transaction.

The sale process was conducted smoothly and in a timely manner, with completion taking place only five months after appointment.
