Fiona Hotston Moore to be ‘tried for her crimes’ in the name of charity

Ensors’ Forensics partner Fiona Hotston Moore will be taking part in a charity event organised by EACH which will see her sent to jail for the day.

The event which takes place on Friday 30 June will involve Fiona being charged for her crimes against good parking and will see her handcuffed and taken to Ipswich Crown Court to face Judge Goodin. Only when a £999 bail has been fundraised will Fiona then be released.

Fiona, who leads the Forensic Accounting team at Ensors, is all too familiar with court proceedings having acted as an Expert Witness for a number of high profile and complex cases in the past. However, this time it will be her to face the music and receive first hand experience of a defendant behind bars.

Speaking about the forthcoming event, Fiona says “I am looking forward to facing Judge Goodin and raising a fantastic amount of money for charity. It will certainly be an experience and a day like no other, I have always been on the right side of the law but my crimes against bad parking are finally catching up with me.”

To help Fiona get released from jail, Ensors will be carrying out a number of fundraising activities within their offices, but donations are very welcome at her JustGiving page by clicking here. All money raised will be donated to EACH which supports families and care for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
