Ensors staff raise money for local charities
Ensors staff have used their annual summer party as an opportunity to fundraise for charities in the local area of Saxmundham and Bury St Edmunds. Staff managed to raise £600 and the money is being split between two charities, SAFE & Geewizz.
This week Marianne Hodson presented the donation to Geewizz. Geewizz helps children and young adults who are living with life-threatening conditions by providing specialist equipment, they also help support the developments into cancer treatments and other care for children who are affected by the condition.
Earlier this year Ensors partner Carl Page hand delivered the donation to SAFE at The Peartree Café that they run in Saxmundham. SAFE (Supported Activities for Everyone) is a charity which helps provide and promote the provision of facilities for leisure and recreational activities for those who might need extra support. SAFE has a main objective of improving the condition of life for those who need it most.
