A joint alert has been published by the Fundraising Regulator and the Charity
Commission which warns charities to 'immediately cease' all fundraising
activities that breach the Data Protection Act.

The Fundraising Regulator has issued clarification on the Fundraising
Preference Service (FPS) following a statement made last year that the FPS would
