Having obtained a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, James joined Ensors in 2014 as a graduate trainee in the firm’s Private Client team. Broadening his skills and experience within the Business Services and Corporate Services teams, he qualified as an ICAEW chartered accountant in December 2017. He joined the firm’s Corporate Finance and Forensic Accounting team in January 2018 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in October 2019.
James enjoys a challenge and his proactive problem-solving ability makes him ideal for the corporate finance and forensics environment. His well-developed accounting skills are underpinned by a strong commercial grounding, gained from working with a wide range of clients in East Anglia and London, including sole traders, SMEs, major corporations, charities and academies.
