March 2024 marked the official opening of our seventh office, located in the heart of Norwich city centre. With a growing network of client and professional relationships in the area, the natural progression of establishing new premises in Norfolk was led by Jamie Waller on behalf of the Ensors’ leadership team.
We have received a warm welcome from the city and the local business community. Over the last 12 months, the new office has gone from strength to strength by bringing together some of the area’s most talented accountants, into a thriving hub of technical expertise and productivity at our new home in St James Court, Whitefriars.
The open-plan layout with flexible workspaces and modern facilities, encourages collaboration between teams and was purpose-designed by BCPM to reflect Ensors’ dynamic approach to the working environment.
In a short space of time, we have built a fantastic team including Jamie Waller, Stephanie Cotton, Jordan Brown, and Rebecca Campbell who support the delivery of our full-service offering, to clients in Norwich and the surrounding areas. We also welcomed our first intake of apprenticeship students to the office in September 2024, and the firm’s first dedicated employment tax specialist, Daniel Kelly.
In addition to getting settled in their new home, the team has also entertained over 150 guests across two networking events, hosted its first Budget Breakfast, volunteered in the community and even gained a mascot in the form of a giant rubber duck following our support of the annual Norwich Duck Race!
With plenty more on the horizon for the Norwich team, Jamie Waller, Corporate Services Director says:
“I’m proud to have led Ensors in the latest step of its growth journey with an entrance to Norfolk – the first geographical expansion since 2010. It has been fantastic to see the success we have had so far and the opportunities that have come along with it. After a jam-packed first year, I am excited to see what the future holds as we get stuck into our second, with no plans to slow down.”
