The “What to Pay” function on Key Prime enables users to quickly identify outstanding purchase invoices which need to be paid by a certain due date.

Simply enter in the payment date and last due date you wish to include and Key Prime will show a list of invoices which are yet to be paid and have been entered on to the system with a due date earlier than the date you selected.

Tick the invoices you wish to pay, press ‘Save’ and the software will automatically mark those invoices as paid, saving you having to do this manually for each invoice.

There is also the option to download a bank file to then import into your online banking – if you wish to do this, please ensure the correct bank details and reference are entered for each supplier first. This can be found under the “Bank” tab by double clicking on the supplier in the supplier tab.

Please note, this feature only works if the correct due dates are entered when entering the purchase invoices on to the software.

The “What to Pay” function can be found under the “Entries” option found on the top menu bar.
