    The Department for Education has produced guidance for schools using cloud services with information about how to ensure suppliers comply with the Data Protection Act.
  • Academies Financial Handbook 2015

    The handbook issued by the EFA came into effect on, and applies to accounting periods from 1 September 2015 onwards. It strengthens the requirements on academy trust governance and emphasises that trusts must publish details of their governance arrangements on their websites.
