Easilife is a highly reputable business that has been trading for over 20 years, trading as a fully managed operation with a number of blue chip clients across East Anglia.
The vendors decided it was time to try something new and looked to move overseas for a new venture, instructing Ensors to source a purchaser for the business. A small marketing campaign commenced, which quickly led to a meeting with Vertas Group Ltd, followed by an offer shortly thereafter. Once terms had been agreed Due Diligence started, moving quickly to a completion within three months.
