iXBRL conversion service

As part of HMRC’s commitment to electronic filing, from April 2011 it will be compulsory to file corporation tax returns and the accompanying statutory financial accounts online using a new format called iXBRL. For many companies this will represent a significant change and could have a major impact upon your finance function.

iXBRL is not a software package, it is a way of ‘tagging’ data to ensure that the figures are recognisable. However, you will need a software package to enable this ‘tagging’ and this could have major cost and operational implications.

Ensors iXBRL conversion service
To help companies meet these demands Ensors provide an iXBRL conversion service that converts your tax returns and statutory financial accounts into the iXBRL format for you to include in your electronic filing submission. It operates as a stand-alone service, not affecting any of your other audit, accounting or tax arrangements.

We simply enable you to easily comply with the forthcoming legislation and, as one of East Anglia’s leading firms of independent chartered accountants and business advisors, Ensors will deliver the expertise and professionalism you demand at a competitive price.
