An imaginative thinker with real drive and dynamism, David is co-founder and partner in charge of the Ensors Corporate Finance team. David and his team specialise in working closely with owner-managed businesses and financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial sectors, including energy and renewables, technology and food. As well as helping clients identity and take advantage of available sources of capital and finance, the team provides expert advice on sales, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs or buy-ins, diversification and divestment, as well as refinancing and restructuring.

Liked and respected by clients and other business professionals, David is a hands-on problem solver with a no-nonsense approach and strong communication skills. With extensive market knowledge and excellent contacts, he has a strong reputation for achieving results and pro-actively managing deals from inception to completion.

A regular contributor of specialist articles to newspapers, magazines and websites, David also heads up the Dispute Resolution Service, which provides professional, objective analysis of relevant financial information to help resolve disputes involving both businesses and individuals.
