ePayslips

ePayslips is a self service payslip facility that enables employees to access their payslips and P60 directly from a secure web site, thereby reducing costs and offering the highest level of service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  The service covers not only current payslips and records but also historic ones.

Security has been a paramount consideration in the design of the service with controls being incorporated that are normally associated with on-line banking services.

Managing ePayslips is easy too.  You, as the employer, will have access to all your employees payslips and records, including all historic records, thus saving paper and time on manual record-keeping.  You will also be able to review the payslips before they are published, ensuring that any final checks can be made.

Finally, ePayslips is versatile.  For those employees with no internet access or who just prefer traditional payslips, they can continue to have their payslip produced by the system in the normal manner.
